Refunds, if provided, must be handled by All Saints Boosters directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- Refund requests will be reviewed by the Booster President and Finance Director based on the following guidelines:
• If the family decides the athlete will not play the particular sport for the current season due to injury, academic reasons, or if the family is moving, and Coordinator is notified prior to evaluations: 100% refund
• In case of an injury during the evaluation process, the family will receive a 50% refund if athlete does not continue the season. If the athlete decides to have the evaluators use any current evaluation score along with rankings from the previous year and get placed on a team, there will be no refund.
• If the athlete gets injured or quits after being placed on a team and roster is set: No refund
- Store Refunds:
- All sales are final.
