Golf 2017 Season

Registration closes in 2 days

Boys and girls entering grades 6-8 during the Fall 2017-18 school year are encouraged to participate.

The team is divided into two groups. The green team is designed for more experienced golfers who will participate in competitive matches against golfers from other schools. The white team is for players with golf experience, but not ready for competitive matches and courses.

Season starts August 8. Golfers participate in weekly after school matches against other area schools. Courses include Meadow Links, Little Miami, Reeves, and others.

Golfers will participate in one or two evaluation rounds in July/August to determine which team is appropriate for each student. The purpose of creating two teams is to give players a chance to compete at a level appropriate to his/her skill set. Parents are needed to provide group transportation to after school golf matches. Fall 2017 Football Season

Football is a GCYL (Greater Catholic Youth League) sponsored sport. The GCYL includes all Catholic youth football programs in the city. The league has programs for boys K-8 grades. In K-2, they have the Bandit program with special rules focused on learning the game. The league programs normally have teams at the 3rd & 4th grade, Pony; 5th & 6th grade, Reserve; and 7th & 8th grade, Varsity levels.

St. Vincent Ferrer and Good Shepherd parishes are part of the Rocks football program. If your child attends either of these parishes, please email our treasurer for the booster fee reimbursement.

Please contact Tom Fitz ( for any questions.

Girls Field Hockey - 2017 Season

Registration is closed

We are excited to begin offering the opportunity for girls entering the 6th-8th grades to learn fundamental skills needed to play field hockey. While we will be scheduling games during the fall season, the primary focus will be on learning the game and developing skills.
This opportunity is open to girls who attend local catholic schools and/or are active members of a local catholic parish.
Due to the low number of teams in the area, games will be played primarily on the weekends and may involve driving to Oxford, Dayton or Columbus. The game schedule is still being worked out but if we travel it will likely be for a play day format or to have multiple games at one location. Practice will run from August to October and be held in the evening twice a week locally. We are also looking at some open field play times in the summer (TBD).
Sticks will be provided to play but players will need shin guards (soccer ok at this level), goggles, and a mouth guard. Players will also need to purchase reversible uniform pinnies. We anticipate these will be around $25 but could vary depending on registration numbers.
